Improved packaging for delivery this time, thank you. Drinks arrived in a carrier, lids sealed with tape to help prevent spillage- much appreciated! Good job by the Dasher following instructions . Breakfast was a bit on the greasy side, but to be expected for a cheap quickie from Jack. The little side deserts are always Yummy. Jr. Burger not too bad. Coffee not the best, a bit strong for my taste and they never seem to include creamers or sweeteners in the bag so best to have your own stash ready.

Lettuce is old and dried out only think fresh is the tomato . Chicken was supposed to be grilled it was cold as if they took it out of the fridge . Dasher couldn't speak English nor did he follow directions

they didn't add hot sauce to my bag and also the hot mess burger had two jalapenos and only one onionring Hot Mess Cheeseburger Combo.

Ordered Jumbo Breakfast Platter w/ Sausage, Bacon and French Toast sticks. Eggs and sausage were pretty good, but French toast sticks were stale. Bacon was soggy. Hash brown was also soggy. It only took about 5 minutes between dasher picking up my order and dropping it off to me, so I know it wasn't the length of delivery that caused the issue.
