Oreo shake was still nice and thick upon delivery. One of the best things about Jack in the box is the thick shakes which means it wont be melted by the time it gets to you, and I live pretty far! Large curly fry was packed to the brim, perfectly seasoned and still nice and crispy upon arrival. Highly reccomend!

Large Classic Popcorn Chicken Small Box Combo is a rip off. The small box is also only half full. About 1/4 cup work of popcorn chcken bits.

I ordered extra bacon and cheese on my burger and didn't get either. No ketchup included with the fries. No BBQ sauce included for the onion rings. No ranch dressing included with the jalapeño poppers. The sauces were ordered as well as the extra bacon and cheese. I'd give this place 3.5 stars largely because of their inability to follow instructions. The fact that I was shut down because of the weather and roads, and they were open on Christmas, is the only thing that keeps it from being a lower rating. The food was good but the burgers looked like they had just been slapped together. I've been to another Jack in the Box and watched the lady making the sandwiches. She took such pride in making sure that the sandwiches were made perfectly and not just slapped together. The people at this location could learn a lot from her.

went to pick up,they lost my order so had to make it again. they put mustard on a burger I specifically said not to add too. my chicken sandwich was half not a full piece on bun. for 30 for 1 meal a chicken sandwich and poppers I expect it to be as ordered.

We usually love Jack in the box but this morning it wasn't good. Hashbrowns were burnt crisp, sandwiches tasted like they'd been sitting awhile and the coffee wasn't even hot.
