Disappointed! I only had 3 items in my order....

One of breakfast jacks was clearly marked with a yellow sticker on top, thought that was identifying the bacon sandwich. I was wrong, that had ham. So I opened the other one, to check for bacon. Wrong again! Received two classic breakfast jack sandwiches. I'm still going to enjoy both of them, but I paid a slightly higher amount for the bacon and was what I was expecting to receive. Bummer man! So what do I do about a discrepancy over what I paid for and what was packed for the Door Dash driver to deliver. Can my transaction amount be adjusted and credit my account without my being present? Am I supposed to call jack in the box for an adjustment ? Do price accuracy policies also apply to food establishments, like restaurants? I know it applies to retailers and grocery stores. Who do I contact?

Food and delivery were fine but packaging was not fully sealed - only 1 small sticker used for large bag - leaving sides of bag open so anyone could easily reach inside to access/ contaminate food if they wanted to. Easy fix = use more stickers to fully seal sides and middle of bag closed.

Awful! Really went down hill. Burger was dry and overcooked, no condiments even when requested in app. Worst Jack Ive ever been to

Onion rings, fries, Sauced & Loaded Tiny Tacos and Jack's spicy sandwich all tasted bitter and of dirty oil. All inedible

ordered a shake where the top is very exposed so it was not sealed with any protective material and neither was my bag , dasher was great but would still appreciate the extra safe step
