ordered a large Vanilla Sweet Cream Iced Coffee but got a large Mocha Sweet Cream Iced Coffee and it tasted like burnt coffee and dirt. Also my Classic Grilled Jack Wraps came unwrapped in the bag somehow, that was a mess to rewrap.

Staff clearly doesn't read orders, constantly getting the toppings wrong on sandwiches also can't seem to give me balsam vinaigrette dressing for my salads. Last time I ordered the new slider munchie meal.. no surprise cup or pin, which the menu clearly advertised.

food is good. but why do they bother asking about dips for the Stuffed Jalapenos (7) (2 orders) and only put half of what comes with it? should have gotten 4 and they have us 2. that's not enough for 14 jalapenos

Food was decent but I got curly fries instead of onion rings. On top of that they completely forgot my ranch (recurring issue) and were really stingy with sauces on both our Large Spicy BBQ Brisket Smashed Jack™ Combo and our Chick-N-Tater Melt, making them really dry.

Absolutely love the teriyaki bowls. I asked for Honey Garlic Sriracha but got honey mustard but it went pretty good with the egg roll in my opinion. Otherwise Jack in the Box has shown consistent quality and a short wait
