Food is good and warm. The Large Sourdough Jack® Combo I asked for extra tomato and I got it! The Jumbo Breakfast Platter w/ Bacon & Sausage Combo was also just lovely. Not bad, Jack! Not too shabby! By the way, the regular French fries here are amazing!

Everything else was alright but the hash brown was busted. They fried it to the consistency of leather. The breakfast burger was fine.

I don't believe this burger is real, nor is the cheese. I was afraid to eat it. It feels like I wasted money.

Food was good but there were no condiments, even where some were requested and part of a specific item. The shake cup came with a crack in the side and it made a mess.

The fries are pretty stale and under salted, they didn't have the onion rings I had wanted.
