The sourdough was tough and there was hardly any meat on the burger. I didn't get my honey mustard with the fries.

The Two Tacos I received were stale( The shells) the meat was fine. It is 1:20 when I order so it is late but id rather just the store me closed then receive poor quality food. I will admit the fries I got were literally the best fries I ever had not even when I have gone in the morning have they been so good and perfectly salted.

This is the most disgusting food I've ever had from Jack in the box I ordered large Jumbo jack. Large Jumbo Jack® Cheeseburger Combo it was the size of a kids burger no cheese at all I paid for extra pickles and onions on onions and 1 pickles slice bun was soggy and slammed together meat was over cooked, I ask for extra ice and got no ice at all the drink wasn't even cool to enjoy
I haven't eaten for 3 days now because of medical test and medical treatments and this is my big reward for my suffering. I love JITB for over 50years now this just killed it

I ordered the Large Double Jack Combo and I specifically asked for large curly fries and paid an extra 61¢ for it but they proceeded to give me regular fries. Then they didn't even bother to give me a straw with my drink! Very unsatisfied with my order but at least the burger was good.
