Wow, got really disappointed with Jack today. The onion rings were not golden, they were dark brown, way overcooked and tough. The $12.49 (!) Bacon Swiss Buttery Smashed Jack was expensive and bland - could not taste garlic herb butter or bacon/mayo sauce. And they forgot the avocado/lime sauce for the mini tacos, which should be a crime. In my experience, this is unusual for Jack, so I hope it's just a one-off. Everyone has bad days. Here's to better ones.

Two Tacos and Mini Churros (5) tasted very burnt. Opened the Tacos and there was charred dust throughout. Large Curly Fries were delicious. Iced Coffee w/ Boba was good also. Straw was too small for Boba.

driver was attentive and really professional. it took WAY longer than I ever waited before but all the food was correct, fresh, got and my hubbys chocolate shake perfect and my Red Bull icey cold! my driver was Spot On

I rarely complain but this was probably the worst jack in the box I've had in a long time. The bottom bun for my burger was hard, the curly fries weren't even half full and they were what I'm assuming are the stale, old fries that were left over and the chicken wrap had the driest piece of chicken that I've ever had. Nobody is excepting great quality but you have to TRY to make food this bad.

every part of my order was wrong or disappointing, the sandwich tasted stale like it was a day old, the fries were cold and mushy and the drink was not correct, we got Pepsi instead of Dr pepper. this is not acceptable for a $30 order.
