the fried Fried Chicken Dinner 2pc that I ordered was awesome so delicious and hot, the Mashed Potatoes with Gravy was the best ever, the coleslaw was amazing, and the biscuits were delicious as well! good job Jack's 😁

absolutely perfect. good cooked right. fresh. hot. that buffalo sauce is addicting and your tenders are perfectly battered and cooked. appreciate good quality food. green beans are delicious also

The Big Bacon Combo is very high on my list of the best bacon cheeseburgers around, and the chicken strips ARE the best around. 10/10

Twice in a row now we've ordered Fried Chicken Dinner 3pc and received the wrong chicken. Last time instead of 2 thighs and a wing, we got 2 wings & 2 legs. This time we ordered 2 of the 3 piece meals and 1 got 2 thighs and a wing, the other got 2 thighs and that's it. French Fries are either bland and mushy or super heavily salted & mushy. Coleslaw is very soupy.
