Normally a good mocha iced coffee but this time not very good. Mostly milk, not much coffee and no mocha flavor. This was a miss.

My order was completely correct, no issues, had cutlery and napkins! All of the food was hot and exactly as requested. Very prompt on the service and very nice. James even communicated with me while waiting on the order. Ihope he gets my order again!!

It took extra long at Jacks. The milkshakes were completely melted. I only received one order of fries and was supposed to to get two.

Worst ever burnt biscuit, hash browns placed in the bag upside down the ice tea is just ice water no stars I'll never order from here again order
