Chicken fingers were extremely DRY and the "boat of fries" was more like a toy boat of fries. Very disappointing. Not anything like the quality of Jack's in Columbiana. Will not order from here again.

The Big Breakfast Sandwich was very disappointing this time. The bread on the bottom was hard, I love sausage however, there was too much. No mayo,and it didn't have a full slice of cheese. I tried to eat it but I couldn't get through half of it. I love the big breakfast and I will order it again.

Fried Chicken Box again they only gave me 1 leg and 3 thigh and the mashed potatoes were a paste with very little gravy. I gave them another chance but won't be ordering again from them

Fries unseasoned, Tenders were dry for the most part, portions were fine, Definitely not very fresh. probably wouldn't bother ordering jacks again.
