I ordered a make your own salad, and I was expecting just a regular plain chicken Caesar salad and it is so good! It's so fresh and the chicken is good, seasoned and not plain. I normally wouldnt leave reviews but it is absolutely wonderful and refreshing. I wasnt expecting the salad to be as big as it was which is a pleasant surprise. I will be ordering again!

My "go to" place for ordering a salad. I really appreciate Jack's option to create your own salad. So easy to select what you want. Perfect choices for a tailored salad. Always fresh ingredients and a perfect size for sharing. So grateful that Jack's Urban Eats has partnered with DoorDash for home delivery. I recommend Jack's to everyone.

This was a very fresh salad, just as I asked for it with my choice of fave toppings. Jack's salads are made with a good quantity of ingredients. The pugliese bread is always fresh. I love being able to create my own salad. Thanks Jack's for providing me with this salad option. Thanks DD for getting it here quickly.

I paid $19 for a steak salad, it had an options to say no croutons. So I selected no croutons. I got a bowl with just steak and lettuce. They left all the other toppings off and charged me $19 for lettuce with a few strips of steak. How do I get my money back.
