Acai Super Antioxidant wasn't well blended, but it tasted just like grape fruit leather (my favorite!)

Very nice team. They know me already and know what to expect. Impressive managers who really care about their guests. They even write happy notes on my bags making me want to order more! My only issue is with the app. It always gets stuck, the straw editing button doesn't work. And every single time I tell the drivers NOT to ring the doorbell they do iit anyways! That's the driver's fault though not Jambas. I think. Anywho that's all for my favorite place to go to. Keep up the great guys! I love this place! 🤩 The managers are the best! Aleena does an amazing job helping guests with issues. Well done Jamba! Love JD

The person who made my bowl gave me less than a cup of a regular smoothie. The manager needs to do a better job at training if this is a consistent thing

Drinks were delivered without seal, which is unsafe. A piece of gift wrapping tape was used to keep the straw in place, but the tape didn't go all the way down to the cup. The drink can easily be tampered with. What happened to the secured stapled shut paper bag? If you stop using the secured stapled paper bag, it's tough to order unsealed drinks from you in the future.
