• 3/27/26I recently ordered three chicken bacon ranch baked potatoes from Jaysen Jelly through DoorDash and was very disappointed with the quality. Each potato had barely any chicken — I could count the pieces on one hand — and very little bacon or toppings overall. It was mostly just plain potatoes.
For a $50 order, this was not acceptable and did not match what was advertised. I did not receive the value I paid for.
I would appreciate a refund or credit for this order.

• 12/9/25Overall, the food is good, but some exceptions. The bowl of beef stew had a good flavor and sufficient amount of veggies, but no meat. I didn't get a single bite of meat in my bowl. Also, the blue corn chips were crushed, was not able to use them for dipping.

• 2/25/25The seafood gumbo was actually good this time but the sandwich was terrible. looks like I'm going to find a new JD and pick up from now on. Almost 30 bucks for half sandwich, stale chips, and a gumbo that wasn't days old. very disappointed.
