Always delish but I ordered a wrap for the first time- why why is it diagonally cut? Maybe straight across or not at all but I suggest not cutting it like this, makes it difficult to eat. Otherwise always a good experience.

I ordered 2 original Italian. The subs were mostly ham. 1 slice of pepperoni and 1 slice of salami. Hardly any cheese and no Italian dressing. cant call the shop, phone number doesn't go thru. Very disappointing.

I ordered a bag of chips for $2.70 and they did not put it in my order. They also forgot half of my items on my sandwich.

Sandwiches are great. Always get the Italian. But took off a star because they often forget when I specify the rosemary parmesan bread. :(
