• 9/22/22The sub was pretty good but I barely got any condiments. I received very little lettuce and peppers on my sub.

• 6/8/26Sandwich was very sloppily made. Very little chicken salad on sandwich with a good portion of it on the paper. It wasn't cut through the bottom part of the bread. Most likely wont order again. I've ordered from this Jersey Mike’s at lunch. But I have never ordered for dinner and I think I would stick with ordering at lunch. Doesn't look like the evening shift really cares.

• 3/22/25The subs were good but do NOT order online from this location. It doesn’t matter the estimated time given by Door Dash. Your order will not be ready and won’t even be made until you walk up and ask them about it. Then they will print out the ticket and slowly begin making it. Mine was finally ready 18 minutes after the expected time. They take care of the customers in line first. Probably 20 people went through the line while I was waiting on my food. So if you want subs from the Falls River location, just get in line and do not order ahead.

• 6/16/22The sub was very good. I would have liked a little more vinegar and mayo on it, but it was still very good. The bread was nice and soft.
