• 2/5/22I'd prefer not to get these packaged chocolate cupcake things in the place of the chocolate chip cookies I order. It's happened multiple times. If you don't have the choc chip cookies, I'd just like to not be charged for the product. The sandwich that I get is always top notch and I'm very happy with it. But those cupcake things are always wasted, and I don't want to waste money and food.

• 6/28/25Cookie was delicious, Tastykake was different but good. Club Sub was unfortunately made with a heavy hand on the vinegar. Sandwich became soggy & it really ruined the flavor. I couldn't even finish half.

• 9/19/24It is so rare that this store gets online orders completely correct. Sometimes the wrong toppings or sauces are added, most times ordered ingredients are left off, and we’ve even had the wrong bread put on our sandwiches a couple of times. Double meat or cheese is never actually doubled, though you’re paying quite the premium for it. Over the last several months, maybe 1 in 5 orders were prepared right. Seriously, it’s been that bad.
It used to be a good shop. But now it's just not worth ordering from. We’re tired of it. Get your sandwich in person so you can correct them on the spot when they deviate. Ordering delivery is just too much of a gamble anymore because they obviously don’t care enough, or are stretched too thin, to get it right.
