Not only did they forget my Jimmy peppers on my East Coast spicy Italian. Which is what makes the sub spicy. I asked for a halved pickle. And they just gave me a whole one. Either the employees aren't reading the tickets. Or they just don't care. But it clearly says it on the ticket.

Not only did they not give me my 2 bags of chips, but they also managed to mess a basic Italian sandwich! Door dash was somewhat helpful and jimmy john I'm saying this in a nice way! This isn't the first time they messed up my DoorDash order either!

my lettuce was not very good they had used mostly the white portion of the lettuce head which should not be used that part should be discarded so it had an off taste
