So I will start by saying I do love their sandwiches - it's absolutely delicious. BUT this is the fourth time I've ordered from them (2 other time's my coworker's picked out the place so I had just went with their choice.) and they ALWAYS mess up my order. I add 1 item to my sandwich and it never makes it on my sandwich or I get an item I don't like, or I hardly get anything in my sandwich. Also, they always mess up my drink order. First time it was Pepsi not Dr. Pepper. Second time it was carbonated and hardly any syrup. Now they completely forgot the ice. For the extra price you pay for drink's, I feel it should be right. Hopefully this helps the company prioritize their time making delivery orders and making sure everything is correct before being picked up and delivered. It could be easier driving there and making sure my order is to my liking but I only have 30 mins and lunch hour is always rush hour. So delivery helps us out a lot and enjoy my lunch break at work.
