ALL THE FOOD WAS A++ WILL ORDER AGAIB, but God dang it yall need to use less ice, if I buy a nearly $4 dollar Root Beer® I demand the cup be more than 1/3 soda

TOASTED HAM & 3 CHEESE MELT was not good. It did not look anthing like the picture and had so much cheese in the middle of the sandwich it was dripping grease from the cheese. JJ cold ssandwiches are wayyy better than the toasted ones based on my experience. I see why the toasted subs have a deal to get them for free. Would eat JJ again but only cold sandwiches.

The bacon was raw on my sandwiches & they had near zero vegis. Meat & bread was edible. I probably will order again but not anything with vegis or bacon. The potato salad was okay. Not as disappointing as the bad JJ in Florida but JJ may just need to stay up north before they get a bad rep.

I'm obsessed with the TOASTED CHICKEN BACON RANCH. Twice now they have been out of the white bread (as I've ordered pretty late into the night) but it's actually amazing on wheat bread. I love this sandwich so much.

Didn't have my order on the pick up shelf ready when i got there. No napkins in the bag and sandwich has little to no lettuce in it. Not the best experience.
