• 5/10/23The food is amazing!! I had the Empanadas - Chicken / Pollo and the Pernil with yellow rice. I literally could eat it every day. The perfect amount of flavor, tenderness, and portions, enough for lunch the next day.

• 5/5/23The fries. My god the fries are the best I've ever had. Better than my previous favorite of 20 years. Good god they are SCRUMPTIOUS. My mother had been looking for empanadas comparable to a childhood friend's mother's for decades and finally found one. The rice is so flavorful as well and a dinner plate is 2 servings for me. Plantains were delicious!

• 6/7/23I can't honestly say everyone would love Joe's Caribe, but if you like Caribbean food you will! The Pinchos (Chicken kabob) was tender and juicy, with large pieces. The Arroz con Gandules (Caribbean rice) was fluffy not sticky and the beans in it were tender but not mushy. Last but by no means least is the Plátanos Maduros ( fried sweet plantains), so sweet and had the perfect texture. They had just the right amount of crispy crunchy glaze on the outside, while still being soft & sweet on the inside without being mushy. Loved, Loved, Loved everything!

• 2/2/23Prices are high but I really wanted to give it a try, ordered Chicharron De Pollo and Carne Frita with yellow rice, those three items extremely salty and as a boricua I like my food well seasoned but this was just plain salty. Completely dissatisfied. $17 for 6 pieces of chicharrones de Pollo literally.

• 2/9/23This is my first time ordering and it did not disappoint! I had a beef empanada and jerk chicken with yellow rice and plantain. Chef's kiss on the flavoring and the portion size was enough to split between two hungry people! Love this spot!
