The pizza was a true large and had sustancial cheese. The second topping was free and I choose mushrooms combinedwith pepperoni as my first additional topping. But I dont know what happened because the pizza was too salty. I have had this pizza before and it was never so salty. I tasted the pepperoni alone and it was delicious and not salty so I dont know what made the pizza so salty. Maybe the sauce. I have to get this info to the chef so thenext time it will be better.

Ordered for the first time, and the pizza was perfect. We loved the crispy crust and appreciated that Joe's Special has all the good stuff and allows for you to add the extra unique toppings, like anchovies or jalapeños separately. Excellent choice if you love "the works" on your pie.

Linguine is excellent. Plenty of clams and white sauce. It makes two meals for me. Garlic rolls are wonderful and fresh. I have been eating here for over 15 years. I've had almost everything here from spaghetti, Stromboli, salads to pizza. Have never had a bad meal here.

Pepperoni Roll- undercooked bread on the outside mushy dough on the inside straight disgusting
Pepperoni slice- just burnt and stale like it's been out for awhile, crumbles into pizza chips if that's your thing

I love the food here! Be warned that the Chocolate Mousse is not chocolate mousse as the description says; it's the cake kind. The Garlic Bread also doesn't match the photo --- it's a normal baguette cut in half instead of the rolls shown. The food was delicious though, so I do recommend for fans of NY and NJ style pizza :)
