Gravy is way too sweet this time. Like they accidentally used sugar instead of salt. I always get jollibee specifically for the gravy and this time around it was horrible. Couldn't even eat my Mashed Potatoes Large or Extra Large Gravy

The cheeseburger did not have any sauce when I received it. Meat was also undercooked. It was very nasty. I cannot believe they sell this kind of quality. The fries was also soggy.

Hands down the best fried chicken I've ever had from a fast food joint. I wasn't sure about this place but my friend insisted on 5 stars from me. Great portions. But this a one-and-done for me!

I had a pickup order today and apparently my order was take by someone else. The guy manager was so helpful and explaining to me what happened and made sure they made my order again right away.. i wasn't upset cause this stuff can happen once in a while but the staff was great everytime i come to this location :)
