• 8/22/26They sent peanut butter frappe instead of coffee, it was delicious but not what I ordered

• 6/8/26Hi, I'd like to report an issue with my recent order. I requested both frappés extra thick, but they both came out very watery. Also, one of them had no coconut flavor at all — I paid extra for that.

• 11/8/25Ice cream was good, but for some reason the hot fudge was not hot at all. It had hardened completely and was a solid mass over the top of my ice cream and had the sprinkles attached to it. It also didn't taste good when I attempted to bite into it. I'm confused about how this could even happen. I've ordered from this store before and haven't run into this issue!

• 9/18/25Cookie felt a little more crisp than in the past but I liked it! Tend to get this one as it doesn't melt as much in delivery as single serving cups, etc. Two cookies and ice cream in one? What more could you want, am I right?

• 12/14/24Poorly made hot fudge Sundae! Hardly any ice cream; mostly hot fudge! Had to discard most of it.
