If I were ever on death row, ( Heck, i've never even been in jail!) , I would want food from this place as my final meal. I have never had anything from this restaurant that has not been delicious. The Brisket Sandwich is always very succulent and extremely flavorful.(Third time ordering it.) This time I also tried their chicken Smoked Wings . Honestly, some of the best i've ever had. The raspberry habanero sauce just gave it the right amount of kick. i definitely will be reordering.

The 3 Meat Sampler Platter was delicious. All the meats were juicy,tender and smoked to perfection.
The Shamrock shake was cool and refreshing. Size was a standard medium.The mint was fresh,but not over powering. Always very satisfying meals.

The ribs were perfectly cooked. Meat was tender and the bbq sauce was a perfect addition. Cornbread was soft and not dry. The sample size was just right. Definitely would reorder

enjoyed everything I got everytime! my favorite is 3 meats platter with brisket fatty and lean, pork belly, and pulled pork. baked beans and coleslaw. the sauces are truly original. I love smokin hot BBQ and the sweet stuff. please try it I quite often!💚💚💚

Got the for Four Meat Sampler Platter with two orders of fatty sliced brisket, pulled pork, and pork belly. The pork belly was so-so, a little dry. Brisket was juicy and had a decent bark on it, could maybe use a little more time on the smoker though to tender it up a bit more, but had good flavor. The pulled pork was perfect and the dose of wings I got were quite tasty and perfectly cooked. Got a variety of bbq sauces to try and they were all very good. This isn't central Texas but for WI this is as good as you can ask for. I'll be back!
