The grilled mackerel came better packed than I expected, grilled perfectly, and the sauce that came with it was great to dip it in. Soybean stew was perfect too, not bland or too salty either. Great meal to get after a long day.

I love this place and have always enjoyed their food — especially the Scallion Pancake, Crunch Tofu, and Japchae, which are all excellent. Unfortunately, the scallion pancake is no longer available, and that was a huge disappointment for me. I tried the kimchi pancake, but it really isn’t a substitute and just isn’t to my taste.
While I truly enjoy everything else from here, the scallion pancake was my main reason for ordering — it’s what prompted me to place an order and then add other items. Without it, I’m honestly not sure what would draw me to order again. I really hope they bring it back, because it’s something I genuinely miss and would love to see return.

Never had a bad meal from KAL! Food is consistently delicious, service is both timely & excellent, and I feel so lucky to have them in my neighborhood! 10/10 would order again. Specific call-outs for the japchae, naengmyeon, wings, and army stew. Love this place.

The spicy pork is very disappointing. The meat doesn't taste fresh, and the portion is small and mostly made of onion and green onion. The banchan is also not fresh (the saddest kimchi ever!)

The Galbi Bibimbap tastes good and egg yolk was runny, but portion of meat was underwhelming at the price point. I will not ordering again.
