• 9/10/25I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this KFC. I went through the drive-thru on my work break. There were no cars ahead of me, but the employee repeatedly asked what I wanted, then put me on hold three separate times. After waiting about seven minutes, I had to leave because I couldn’t waste more of my break.
Still craving KFC, I ordered through DoorDash instead — and that was just as bad. The fries were stiff and cold, the chicken tenders were dry and tasted like they had been sitting out all day, and the biscuit was the only part of the meal worth eating (and even that wasn’t great). Honestly, the best part of my order was the Pepsi.
I used my hard-earned money because I didn’t have groceries at home and didn’t have time to cook, but this was an absolute letdown. For such a large, long-standing franchise, the quality should not be this poor. I’ve had KFC in Jamaica that was incredible — so why is there such a stark difference here?
I feel like I wasted my time, gas, money, and appetite. I left completely unsatisfied and honestly want a full refund. This location really needs to step up its service and food quality.

• 6/19/26when we ordered KFC, we expected lemonade and fries and 12 mixes but when we got it, we got two cokes instead of lemonade and you guys did not pack us fries. It was just gravy mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. I am very disappointed. It tasted very bland and dry, and the portion was wrong we got less than 12 and the freshness seemed like it was out in the sewers for days. We are highly disappointed and we would never order again. it was lukewarm and had no ice and we chose mix, but it was basically all thighs with two single drumsticks very bad would never order from here again

• 2/12/25Arrived fresh. The biscuit wasn’t great. They are usually better. I love the exclusive Mountain Dew. The Mike’s Chicken isn’t great. Better to stick with Original or Extra Crispy. I like Mike’s Hot Honey, but this didn’t work for me.

• 8/13/25the chicken was super greasy and the skin was mushy and not that good..I definitely would not order the original chicken bucket again. Taste of KFC 6 pc. Deal
On the other hand the potato poppers were delicious. except they forgot my gravy dip for it
