Food was great! Still hot, fries were crispy, chicken was delicious

This was sent as a gift to a friend. The food was sub-par. It was not hot and packaging could have been better. Rib chicken piece was probably the best piece of the whole meal. The fries were pretty small in size. The meal had to be substituted because the store ran out of chicken tenders, though was refundedfir the substitution. A bit underwhelming to say the least for the cost.

I tried the Crispy Onion Ring Sandwich
Combo this evening. I was disappointed. I don't expect gourmet meals from KFC, but this "sandwich" was soggy and flat, the onion rings were falling apart, and their sauce was not good. They created a sauce for this item I think, then slathered it on with mayo. Forget the sauce + mayo, just get one or the other. It was the reason for the sogginess.
Then, after all that, there were pickles on the bottom. Some people like chicken and pickles, but I think they must all be pregnant women. I will be more discerning if there is a next time, because there was a large portion of chicken in the sandwich and that part was good. My recommendation is customize, customize , customize! I've learned my lesson, I hope I saved you either some $$ or a messy meal.

I ordered a 4 piece meal. The chicken was burnt and I couldn't eat the skin, which is a very flavourful part of it that I like. I've had issues with this in the past and I'm unsure whether I will ever order again.

Over deep-fried chicken, little to no meat, gave the house diarrhea. More expensive for less, They used to have at least 2 sides with all of the buckets but now you pay $30-$40 and don't even get sides. They even made fries and gravy sides when they used to be a part of the buckets. Also I got more fries from my side fries than I did my chicken!?
