Don't know if it is me, but the flavour is lacking. The flavour was strong a few years ago. I don't buy much as I feel it is very lacking, quality has slipped and is far over priced, But when the boss says KFC then that is what is for tea. Wish it was still good as it use to be.

Deluxe Quarter Pack the skin in the chicken was floppy and soggy and had barely any flavour. Potato and gravy smells like chemicals but tasted the same as always. Zinger Burger was very dry I had to add my own sauce and the lettuce tasted old. Won't be ordering from KFC again, not worth the price. Sadly the best part about my meal was the chocolate bar.

Took an hour to get my order. Chips were old, cold, brown and had no seasoning on them at all. Snack burger had brown lettuce in it.

The wicked wings are so doughy like they have so much dough kinda tastes like pancakes. But this is just the palms KFC. If u want good wicked wings get it from east gate
