great tasting food. good amount for your money. the cookie came in crumbs but otherwise everything was good

Ordered the 14-piece bucket. We had two issues when order arrived: First, the chicken was a greasy, gooey, soggy mess. Chicken pieces were stuck together. We never see this when we order takeout from places like Popeye's or Church's. Second, majority of the chicken pieces were drumsticks. My guess is they were very busy, didn't have enough chicken ready and just shortchanged us to get the order out. Very disappointed with our food.

Usually the food and service from KFC is top notch. But today they forgot to include the drink I ordered. To make matters worse, the twister and chicken tenders were way over salted to the point it was almost not eatable.

Online order only gets left overs chicken with lots of oil not worth for the money also the corn taste less watery I know the KFC food but this is the one not the same
Hope the Store people will consider (pine tree way ,Coquitlam BC Canada)

ordered a big crunch, was given a spicy one instead. the gravy was so watery I couldn't even eat it. instead of getting a popcorn chicken bucket, was given a smaller box that was pony half filled. food also took twice as long. terrible location.
