The Big Crunch sandwich was so disgusting I threw it away after one bite! The chicken had the texture of a pickle and the lettuce was so wilted it looked like mush! I used to love KFC but if this is the garbage they are now putting out I will never buy KFC again.

It's like a fake chicken trying to taste like a real chicken. I've ordered in KFC before and the chicken meat wasn't like this.
