Chicken from 3 Piece Box was not great today, really small pieces with mostly batter. Flavour was still good, chicken was not hot enough. Loved that they gave us a bigger tub for the gravy now, though I feel it could be filled up more.
3 Pieces Fried Cookie Dough was too dense. The chocolate wasnt strong enough to bring out the chocolatey flavour, it just felt like a starch ball, hardly could taste the cookie.
Food from selective KFC outlets are usually good, just inconsistent.

Very disappointing experience. Missing aioli, extremely small chicken pieces, and the popcorn chicken barely had any meat. On top of that, delivery took 1.5 hours. Not worth it.

Usually this store is ok but this time was a complete let down. Firstly, I was disappointed that a large chips and a can of drink were missing from my order. Also, all of the food items were packed into the same box so the hot and crispy chicken was a soggy mess, nor was it hot. Lastly, the hot and crispy pieces were all quite small compared to the usual piece size. Hopefully not a shrinkflation change.

Hot , fresh, attention to detail , well packaged and yummy.
thankyou :), the weekday daily staff are on game. I am not sure what happens on the weekends... but the quality drops through the floor ...:/.. IMO and experience.
