• 10/31/23The ice cream was good as always but it would be super helpful if they would add spoons to eat it with. This is the 3rd time we have ordered and not received spoons. Hard to eat ice cream with your fingers.

• 5/13/24I preordered a 5 Chocolate (6") cake and they ran out of it by the time my order was scheduled. my dasher was awesome and helped me pick an alternative the cookies and cake (which evidently was very good!) but im disappointed they didn’t hold the cake I selected for my order.

• 11/29/22the cake was pretty! i got my brother a 6" salted caramel ice cream cake for his birthday and had it shipped to him.. the lady on the phone was friendly and helped me get the cake i wanted for him!
