The pieces of chicken were both breast pieces. Not able to choose pieces. That needs to change, as Kingsley's breast pieces are dry and overcooked. Kingley's are the only chicken place that charges extra for thighs. But at least give your customers the option to choose.

The chicken was dry and cold, the chips were half cooked. The gravy tasted like a deep fryer made a baby with some nutmeg while a Chicken was in the room also it was supposed to come ON the snack pack ,for some reason it didn't . The Two Fillet Snack Pack was not worth the price. Small Coleslaw was excellent. The store was super quiet bang on lunch time. That was my bad for ignoring that red flag.
Also a fork would have been a nice gesture but I guess when charging nearly $8 for a 500ml drink you gotta think of profits!

I received gravy instead of the Perri-Perri Sauce I ordered with no explanation. Two of the three pieces of chicken were pitifully small and the "large" chips weren't full - what an absolute overpriced rort.
