This is the second time that I've ordered the iced crème brûlée latte, and it's fabulous again! I also ordered the lemon poppyseed loaf, and it was delicious and buttery.

Packaging could use some work. Cover openings on drinks. Re-evaluate heating processes, as everything (food/drink) intended to be warm was not. Only meant to be helpful. I thoroughly enjoy Klatch.

Please label the drinks next time. We ordered 5 and had no idea which drink belonged to who since we are not baristas and know which one is which.
