Koto Hibachi in Bridgeport is a dazzling hidden gem! The $12 deal is a treasure chest of flavors! The teriyaki chicken? Tender and bursting with savory goodness! Those veggies drenched in garlic butter? Pure gold! Throw in a side of mushrooms and you've got a feast for two! I can't recommend it enough. Next time, I'm diving into the steak hibachi. Plus, supporting a black-owned business is the cherry on top!

First time trying upon the recommendation of a fr end. I was scared the Salmon Bowl would be too salty based on reviews I'd read. I made sure to check the low sodium box when I placed the order. It was still a little salty but that's probably because most outside food tends to use more salt than one would cooking at home. All that being said....the food was DELIICIOUS! Everything was seasoned really well, including the Mushrooms which were full of buttery, garlicky goodness. The other vegetables were sauteed but still had a crispness to them. To be honest you wouldnt even miss the meat if they had forgotten to put it in. It was that flavorful. I will definitely try some of their items. Price was very reasonable for the portion. Highly recommend, especially if you dont want to travel to the popular competitors hibachi restaurant.

Service was terrible. Why let me choose how I want my steak to still overcook it? Too tough. Actually inedble. Overall very salty. The portions are ridiculous small for the price. Paid well over $100 for two small meals. Definitely will not repeat

I got the more expensive plate cause I wanted more steak. I got more rice than anything. The veggies have an aftertaste I don't care for. The rice, mushrooms, and steak were good, but the steak wasn't cooked to order. It was fresh. First and last time ordering from here.

I always want to support new concepts in the community. However, the amount I paid for this take out-hibachi, I could have gone to a seat down for the full hibachi experience. Trio, are you serious for the tiny amount of protein, the vegetables so plain , veggies not what I expected. Sorry but gotta be honest
