Everything was amazing. The food was so tasty and the service was excellent . I ordered late at night close to closing and I was called and informed they were out of tenders, they offered to refund me or substitute with additional chicken added to my 8 piece dark. I normally don't care for white meat because it is usually dry but i agreed and I am so glad I did. The chicken was so juicy and tasty. They even sent additional Biscuits including blueberry ones which were so yummy. We sincerely appreciate the excellent customer service but truth be told we placed a decent size order 30min before closing. I was just so happy that they didnt cancel the order and certainly didnt hold it against them for running out of items so close to closing. Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely be ordering again.

Large portion or French fries is very small for the price. Chicken was old, rubbery, cold, and the breading was soft instead of crispy. Not at all worth the price.

chicken was way overcooked and tasted like it was sitting on a hot tray for hours, tasted good though. fries are advertised as thin cut but are actually really thick wedges.

All the food is thrown into one box and the chicken was under cooked while the wings were overcooked and old! the fries were either burnt or raw. it was a mix of hours old food and under cooked food to complete the one box filled order. sloppy and gross! we will be eating PBJ tonight thanks to this flop!
My 4 year old was so disappointed!!! she couldn't touch anything as the undercooked food was mixed with the hours old food!
