tasty. it was sitting under the heat lamp, but it was still crunchy and flavorful. the spice was really good with a bit of a salt taste with the Signature Chicken. The KKC at Smoke and Chill in Columbia is better though when they make it. Potato Wedges could've been better at this Lancaster location, again, Columbia one is a 5 star all day

I had ordered the 3 piece Jumbo Tenders + Biscuit. I picked up my order, and it had 1 tender and 2 drumsticks and fries. I went back in and was told they only had 1 tender left, so they substituted it. They did remake them for me, but it seemed to be extra oily that the breading fell right off. This is my second time ordering from here, the first time was perfect. Maybe they were just extremely busy, but regardless, customer service matters, always, no matter what.

Chicken was dried out and tough. Bun of the chicken sandwich was hard all around the edges. A shame we used a gift card after a surgery to be disappointed.

Order a Chicken Sandwich and they didn't put in any Pickles and Honey Sauce, wasn't worth the money. Also, the Wedges, they tasted like they were deep fried in old used frying oil. My wedges shouldn't taste my over fried chicken. The Chicken Tender itself had barely any crunch to it. Defeats the purpose of having "Krunch" in the Store's name. I order all of this at 10 am, they should've had fresh oil for deep frying, but they didn't. They should take out the Mac&Cheese out of the picture, because you won't be getting that when you order any of the Krispy Chicken Krunch Box.
