The Tonkotsu Ramen* had slivers of garlic in it, it was so fresh and delicious. Well packaged. A good lunch sized portion to eat in a single sitting.

The conditions my food arrived were dissapointing. My nigiris were tossed around, the Sea Urchin Gunkan knocked over and smashed as well as my Ikura Gunkan (Salmon Roe), and my Salmon Yukhoe Gunkan were smashed as well. The food did taste fine but the conditions the food arrived in were a huge distraction. Regardless, the salmon belly and tuna was buttery and tasteful, the Ikura Gunkan (Salmon Roe) and Salmon Yukhoe Gunkan were good, but the Sea Urchin Gunkan was bland. It could have been from the condition it arrived in.

Very disappointed. This is my second time ordering. The first time was absolutely amazing this time I was not good at all. And some of them didn't even have avocado in them. Seems like because I ordered in the last hour the quality was very subpar. The portion was also very off. It was great the first time and the second the roll didn't even look the way it was supposed to. The filling was fine the rice was hard. Wasn't as fresh as it's been in the past. I'm honestly ever disappointed and wouldn't order again. The prices were good and it reflected in the quality today.

I ordered around 14 items on the menu which are some of their more basic staple items and proceeded to just get everything except 1 item marked out of stock. $55 order down to $14 with most of the cost just tips, fees and taxes. I eat here in person and keep trying to give this place a shot but they fall short consistently, won't try any longer.

I ordered fish and chips and also a hand roll. The fish was on a bed of rice and I did not receive my "chips" (fries). They also put both orders on the same container, which ultimately has them touching together and decreases the food quality. A hot mess.
