The Lamb Chops and Lamb Kebab (Serve 2 skewers) were both amazing but the winner for me is the Uyghur Special Milk Tea. Truly legit and really hard to get in the U.S. Love this place!

Braised Lamb Shank with Naan 慢炖羊腿配烤馕 always tender and delicious, big piece, my go to dish I always order. Also love the Samsa (2 piece per serve) 烤包子 nice and soft and crunchy outside

Lamb ribs were moist, tender, but lost crispy skin texture during transport. Consider alternative packaging? Some Chinese restaurants became very good at this (e.g. Peking Duck), by using a special grease-paper bag / or foil + box combo. Dumplings also suffered a little. The kebab was delivered off-the-stick and tasted underwhelming (perhaps a packaging issue also, since they were inside a plastic container, atop a bed of sliced onions). The breads (Naan & Samsa) came through okay, and were great. Overall I would rate the flavor and quality of ingredients highly, but it is let down by two factors; First the packaging needs an upgrade, second is the value... at around $100, I would have expected more, in terms of sides and garnishes. Besides the included sauces and sliced onions, each dish seemed a bit lonely. Perhaps even a serve of rice with the lamb, and/or some small side of grilled (or pickled?) vegetables would be nice alongside the kebab and dumplings. I will order again, but will make a point to visit directly and experience everything fresh on the plate :)

Unlike before, fatty meat was used in the polo. it was 80% fat. the milk tea was not sealed properly and spilled in the container. Considering it was roughly $35 spent for such an order of two items, it compounded the disappointment

The regular size big chicken plate is not worth around $27. There is very less chicken and big chucks of tomatoes occupy large room of the box
