The Fried Chicken, 8 Piece was cooked fresh which was not expected as it took my order an hour to get to me! Well done! Four stars because they forgot my ranch sauce.

food is usually fine but for some reason they just can't figure out how to get the correct Gatorade, 28OZ in the bag. 2nd time now that they've put in the wrong item. This time I told them to refund the item if they didn't have it. They still put in the wrong item.

The smoothie machine cut the cup. My smoothie is leaking. Please put the smoothie in a second cup to avoid leaks after blending in the future.
