For the most part everything was great. My only complaint is the 1 pc Portuguese Sausage Musubi. There was so little sausage on it that you couldn't even see it until after you bit into it.

I was pretty disappointed with my order. I paid $3.40 for a side of fried shrimp because the menu photo clearly showed four pieces of shrimp. Instead, I only received one piece. This wasn’t the “add a piece” option from the combo menu—it was a separate side order that I specifically purchased because I expected to get extra shrimp.
To make matters worse, my total order came out to almost $50, so I was surprised that the restaurant wasn’t willing to make things right over something as small as two or three additional pieces of shrimp. When I brought the issue to their attention, they simply told me there was nothing they could do. They didn’t offer an explanation, a refund, or any effort to compensate me for what appeared to be a misleading menu photo.
For a customer spending nearly $50, I would have expected better customer service. Providing the missing two or three small pieces of shrimp would have been a simple way to resolve the issue and leave a good impression. Instead, I was left feeling misled and disappointed. I hope they update their menu photos so future customers know exactly what they’re ordering.

The Loco Moco was so bland!!! I usually get it from the other location and it's great, but this had ZERO flavor! The eggs were bland, the beef was bland, the gravy was bland. And they put most of the gravy on the side for some reason? I had to salt everything myself, and even then it wasnt good. And the eggs were cooked too long...
Please go to the Willow location and ask them how to make a Loco Moco...

The portion size was smaller than expected, and the meat lacked flavor. Additionally, my order was incorrect—I had ordered rice and mac but only received the mac no rice.
