The soups at LA Carreta are the BEST in Miami. I have NEVER had a bad meal from them. DEFINITELY the BEST Cuban food in Miami, hands down. Don't change anything.

maduros were undercooked . The churassco was so burnt it was hard and tasted burned . The chicken was extremely bland absolutely no flavor . i was disappointed as i order from another carreta location and it's always phenomenal.

The plantains were old and rice and beans was ver dry. And the lemonade was very tart and not sweet and less than 12oz for $4.

The steak is tiny for the price, it didn't flavor and wasn't cooked to temperature that was ordered. It was tough and oh so difficult to cut. The moro rice had the flavor of burnt. It was all pretty terrible.

The Moris rice was old and hard and the pork tasted burned. It was obvious this had been cooked hours ago and they just reheated it, which made it hard, stale and tasted like burned. Really bad experience
