Flavor of broth was AMAZING! However, I have to call out on value. I feel that I paid $18+ for great broth and basil. Beef was actually less than 2oz, noodles were broken and very little AMAZING broth provided (4oz). Restaurant could do better cost/portion analysis.

My only complaint is I ordered the Pho-Bo and the amount of beef was minuscule. They give you a ton of broth and some noodles and 3 very small, thin slices of beef. It was pretty pathetic

The Ga Xao Xa Ot - Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry chicken was overcooked and leathery. The Ca Hoi Nuong - Roasted Salmon was done well.
