• 2/15/26The CHICKEN PESTO ALFREDO had no pesto, no flavor, and 2 small pieces of chicken. Absolutely disgusting and horrendously disappointing. A literal scam. The SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP was a massive pile of unmelted cheese with almost no dip, which also had no flavor. If you are looking for a meal with no flavor, and not at all what is on the menu, then order today! 0/10 would never order from here ever again.

• 1/14/25Everything was bland, the crispy chicken was disgusting, the marinara sauce was bland, no pesto in the Alfredo, and missing one of my drinks. To pay $20 an entre for food this bad, ishouldve gotten mcdonnalds. Never ever ordering from here again. Also, its Old Chicago, its just a ghost kitchen

The food was good. The portion looked small when I initially opened the box, but it turned out to be the perfect size. It filled me up without stuffing me. It had just the right amount of mozzarella and marinara.
CON's:
I was staying at a hotel and had no utinsils. I clicked on the boxes asking for all utinsils, but I only got a fork. Thankfully, I didn't need the others, but it showed me that there was a lack of attention to detail on their part. They put the garlic cheese bread on top of the lasagna, so it was a little soggy. They should have put it in aluminum foil. I'm not a fan of Italian sausage, especially hot italian sausage, but I had no way of having them go light on it. This brings me to my biggest pet peeve. They have their settings set so that you CAN'T leave special instructions. And, they don't have a phone number listed either. These two things make me feel like they care more about their bottom line than they do about their customers.

• 4/27/26It was a little dry with the sauce, and light on flavor with the pasta. Chicken had good flavor.
