Pulled Pork Plate: pork was good, a little peppery, but still good. Mac & Cheese: pasta was a bit stiff, but cheese was nice and thick and warm. Baked Beans: PERFECT for my taste, Carolina Sauce: really good, with just enough heat. Overall a really good meal.

Steak Kabobs & Rice - Steak was tough and dry
Catfish was bland no flavor or seasoning; tasted like Sway fish instead of real catfish
The serving portion of the corn was very scant -- appeared to be about 2 teaspoons served in an approximately 3 cup sized container (the corn basically just "lined" the bottom of the container -- it wasn't enough to be considered a serving). The corn tasted stale with no flavor.

Brisket was sliced thin and like leather for the second time we've ordered it in the last few months. It used to be tender and delicious. We won't be buying that again.
Potato salad that came with the Half Rack Baby Back Ribs was also made from dried out baked potatoes with not much else. Not very flavorful.

The meat fell off the bones of the ribs. I loved the flavor of the original bbq sauce. But my favorite part of dinner was the tater tots! So yummy. Not greasy or too salty, just perfect.

ribs were so perfect, fell right off the bones. I do wish there was a little more BBQ sauce on it but the flavor was still spot on and the little bit of BBQ sauce on it was the best sauce I have ever had.
