The slow cooked pork belly was so good. So full of flavour definitely recommend !

Not bad but not good. Small portion size on the NS06 - BBQ Pork Dry Ramen. Bland S06 - Signature Prawn Dumpling Soup (5pcs) but the broth was nice and the greens were fresh.

Order soft shell crab katong laksa - noodle was overcooked and broke in to small strands that have to use the spoon to scoop them up. Laksa soup is okay.
Hainanese chicken rice - no chilli or ginger or soy sauce included.

TB01 - Michelin Hainanese Chicken Rice was beyond ordinary. Rice was wet, chilli sauce lacked depth of flavour and chicken was bland. Disappointing.
