This is some of the best soul food Ive had in Charlotte. The portions was a great size. The Mac is 10/10. The yams couldve been a 10 but there was either too much nutmeg or all spice. However I still give it a 9/10. The shrimp and fish was seasoned and fried to perfection. I ordered the Baltimore 1/2 & 1/2 but got lemonade instead however it was still good.

Grilled Salmon Platter was pretty good. Had a bit of fishy smell but cooked perfect, seasoned well. Mac was a 10/10 literally perfect! But the yams..are a very HARD PASS. The yams had a bitter but pepper like taste, not sweet at all. I added honey still no good. Nice size portions for the price.

The Taste And The Portions From My Favorite Place Is Phenomenal I Would Order Again And Again. My Seafood Is Always Fresh My Mac And Cheese Is Always Chessy, My Greens Are Always Seasoned With That Special Spice I Like, And My Yams Is Always Yaming!!! Ya'll Are The Best Keep It Up!!!

The food is always amazing!! The Catfish Platter is always crispy and the Mac and cheese and green beans are well seasoned. 10/10

The Cajun Salmon Platter was dry, and the green beans were unseasoned from the can(no exaggeration , it's very obvious). But the Mac and cheese was ok. Asparagus was un and unseasoned, but edible once I put salt and pepper on it. The Grilled Shrimp & Salmon Platterwas goo, a little over cooked, but not bad. The servings were nice large sizes, so it was somewhat worth it. 6/10 in quality, 5/10 in taste
