Not all employees are equal. Whoever made my sandwich made it SO GOOD and the fries were perfectly cooked too. It was basically a Philly cheesteak, but called "titanic". If you're looking for a good cheesteak and stellar fries, Macados will hook you up.

Fries cooked perfect as usual. I prefer Macados fries over any fast food place. Too much salt this time, though. The hotdog is better than most. The bun is like a lobster roll type bun. Great topping choices.

Order was not ready. Had to wait 20 extra minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. The sandwiches were very skimpy for a Macado sandwich. We eat there all the time so I know what their sandwiches are normally like. Must have a new person working there with no supervision in the kitchen. Wish I could DoorDash from the Macados at Tanglewood instead of Vinton. The Vinton location has poor help and always has.

Okay!
Ive lived her since June of 2024, and by far Macados serves food at far superior level than any other resturant that I have frequented.
The Pros:
The food is amazing
Its consistent (this is key)
Its quality service
Close to home
They gave me a whole dang pickle!!!
The Cons:
Never open when I get the hankering for a sandwich at midnight. (Not their fault)
Who am I kidding if you want great service and food that never misses, hit this place up. 12/5 stars

Oriental Salad has changed. Little lettuce, dumped with teriyaki sauce, cold dry chicken pieces and almost a cup of crunchy chinese noodles on top. A picture couldn't begin to explain to DD but I was so disappointed. Love their French Onion soup but the toasted cheese bread wasn't toasted. It was blackened.
