Every single time I order from Mad Mex, I always get a positive experience. The food is cooked perfectly, still warm, and you can just feel a great vibe coming from it. Mad Mex Erina is my favourite place to go to, and I always leave them a nice message in the Special Instructions because everyone deserves to smile.
My favourite combo is the: Naked Burrito Bowl Combo. HIGHLY recommend! :)

I’m grateful for the free naked burrito, and I realise I removed a few ingredients to suit my preferences, but I also added extras that I paid for. Even so, what I received was really disappointing. The whole burrito bowl felt rushed and just slopped together, and it honestly did not seem like any care had been taken when preparing it. It also didn’t seem to have any cheese at all. The portion took up only about half the container, which made it feel even poorer in quality.
I appreciate the offer, but I hope future orders are prepared with a bit more attention and consistency ◡̈
