Really creamy ice cream made with fresh ingredients; you can't go wrong here. Very light on the rose and saffron flavors ; I think the rose with cinnamon and the peda are both more for an American palate. On the other hand, I ordered the Ghugra a few days ago and really loved it/found it closer to an indian dessert. Overall still really high quality ice cream and can't wait to try more flavors.

Cake was beautiful and birthday person loved it!!! I just wish they delivered more than 10 minutes radius from the store. Is 20 min to flatbush too much to ask? When it's an ice cream cake it feels safer that the store delivers rather than picking it up and taking the 45 or more on the train bc it becomes hard to justify an uber on top of the cost of the cake. I had them deliver it to Atlantic station lol so I wouldn't have to do an external transfer and get there quicker. You just might have to stand outside and wait a while until. But if money and distance is not an issue for you then, no worries! I will say the gulab jamun was a bit dry and the ice cream felt too salty to me somehow. But it actually got better after storing it! I think the ice cream soaked thru and balanced this out. Again, it was very pretty and loved by the receiver, I just have these few issues.

A smooth, velvety consistency belies a very softly flavored ice cream - notes of sweetness accentuate various interesting combinations like Rose with Cinnamon Roasted Almonds. Again, a VERY light-on-the-palate ice cream.

I couldn't decide between the Rose with Cinnamon Roasted Almonds, Masala Chai, and Lemon Cardamom Ice Cream ... so I got all three! I'm so glad I did because all 3 are perfect and I highly recommend all of them!
